  • Organising committee is not liable in any form in case of change in dates due to unavoidable circumstances.
  • Please ensure to wear registration badge (bar-coded) throughout the conference.
  • Online/ Card charges will be applicable at 3.5% of the total amount.

  • All cancellation should be made in writing and sent to DGES secretariat.
  • All cancellation received before 5th December 2022 will be entitled for 75% refund of the amount paid.
  • All cancellation received between 5th December 2022 to 10th December 2022 will be entitled for only 25% refund of the amount paid.
  • No refund for cancellation made after 15th December 2022.
  • The refund process will begin only 30 days after the completion of the conference.
