Please Note:

• Above room rates are including of buffet breakfast
• The rooms can be booked for minimum 3 nights during conference days (Check-in Date : 16th March 2026 and Check-out Date : 19th March 2026)
• Rooms are being offered on first come first serve basis, and are subject to availability at the time of booking
• Bank charges will be applicable additional on total amount
• The Room reservation once made is not refundable
• Standard check in time is 1500 hrs and check out time is 1200 hrs
• Same rates are applicable for + 2 days of the conference, if you require room for any pre-post dates, please feel free to write to us.
• Please note, room should only be booked by registered delegate and their immediate family members. One delegate can book only one room in his\her name. If we receive 02 room reservation by same name, booking of 01 room may be cancelled by EOAI.
• EOAI reserves the right to modify\cancel any room reservation.
